The Momtastics

Colleen Shields serves as host and producer of "The Momtastics"- a multi-media brand providing parents information to help them Survive and Thrive! Colleen's tips, tools and techniques can be found through her blog, vlog, newsletters, 2 minute videos, "Momtastics Must Haves", and 30 minute television shows. She is the proud/exhausted mother of 4 children. In her 'former life', Colleen was a dancer, actor and singer, appearing in television, film and theater in Los Angeles, Philadelphia and London. She can be seen in Clueless, 90210, The Vampire Interviews, Ned & Stacey, and credits her favorite theatrical performance to Noises Off. She was the Executive Producer and creator of the series "Surviving Motherhood", which she co-hosted with Melissa Rivers, Lucy Noland, and Michele Harris. Colleen's blog serves as the official Motherhood blog for The Capital Gazette, and appears on many sites throughout the web including Cafe Mom, Circle of Moms, Momlogic and more.
